WHAT YOU’LL DO

Level up your cooking experience by practicing the art of knife skills.
Take this fun cooking class as you learn basic knife skills. A world-renowned chef will guide you through the fundamental techniques and tricks for knife safety in the kitchen. Enjoy a light snack as you learn how to properly hold a knife and practice the rocking motion of this useful tool. Whatever your skill level, you’ll gain confidence and inspiration to impress your date with your new set of skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class menu varies by date. A light snack will be served.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
