Cooking Class - Spanish Tapas and Paella Valenciana

From authentic tapas to chicken and vegetable-studded paella, you'll learn how to prepare a few of Spain's most popular dishes in this fun, hands-on cooking class.

Begin by preparing a starter of salty prosciutto and Manchego cheese. Then, learn the proper techniques and secrets to prepare the perfect paella brimming with vegetables, chicken and rice, and cook up Spanish mushrooms with garlic and butter. For a nice combination of sweet and savory, you'll grill peaches topped with earthy blue cheese and a drizzle of balsamic.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I took a pasta making class with Aunt V, the hands-on experience of crafting our own tortellini was very enjoyable. The chef's demonstrations were insightful, making each intricate fold and twist seem much simpler than I had initially thought. Their emphasis on the importance of using quality ingredients and their insights into flavor combinations elevated the final result to an extraordinary level.
