Pasta and gelato: Synonyms of Italian perfection. Discover Chef Aunt V's secrets in this class.
Learn how to cook a handful of Italian classics, from the right techniques to use to selecting the best ingredients. In this interactive cooking class, you'll be guided through creating an authentic menu that features pasta and gelato.
Begin by topping crunchy bread with fresh tomatoes and olive oil. Then, Chef Aunt V will teach you how to prepare homemade pasta from scratch draped in a creamy Parmesan-infused Alfredo sauce with a red onion, tomato and olive salad on the side. For dessert, you'll whip up indulgent strawberry gelato.

I had a wonderful time with my 2 friends at our Italian cooking class on Friday night, August 1, with Chef Aunt V in Naperville. Our group of seven included two other couples in it that we didn’t know, but we all got along great and had a lot of fun. The kitchen set up worked well and was beautiful, very nice location for this. Chef Veronica is so knowledgeable and I learned so much from her teaching knife skills, hygiene, safety, buying produce, growing organically, as well as the detailed cooking of the three dishes that we made. It makes a huge difference to be at an in-person class instead of taking a zoom class with Cozymeal, which is what I did previously! The food we made was delicious & we got to take some home too. I will definitely take another class with Chef Aunt V in the future.

We had a very fun experience learning to make ricotta tortelloni as a family for my aunts birthday. Not only did I learn how to make the fish, I also learned a lot about knife skills and nutrition! Aunt V was so nice, knowledgeable and prepared. She even made is fun for my 5 and 7 year old, giving them tasks they can handle and feel like part of the adults. I would highly recommend!
