This interactive cooking class from Chef Autumn is your opportunity to update your home dining regimen with imaginative new recipes. You'll transform familiar recipes into elevated dishes prepared with an emphasis on fresh, sophisticated flavor.

Start with a traditional panzanella salad made special with heirloom tomatoes and a zesty pesto vinaigrette dressing. Next, cook classic shrimp scampi given the modern treatment and create tender gnocchi in fine Parisian style and served with mushrooms and crisp bacon. For dessert, bake a bread pudding drizzled with decadent caramel bourbon sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Autumn did an outstanding job. She's a great chef and is exploring new options. She has a great presence and interacted well with our group. Would have loved more hands on, but the meal and experience was good.
