Begin by tossing crispy shrimp and calamari with fresh seasonings and crafting a creamy aioli dipping sauce. Next, prepare a beef, pork and red wine-infused Bolognese sauce, which you'll pair with a three cheese and brown butter polenta and roasted broccolini. End by whipping up a classic Italian dessert studded with seasonal berries.

Chef Dana showed me how to make crepes with strawberry compote, mascarpone and vanilla. She was really knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions while still prepping!
