What You’ll Do

Discover the ingredients and time-honored techniques to cooking the best Italian gnocchi.

During this interactive cooking class experience, Chef Andrea will teach you Nonna's secrets for pillowy, soft and delicious gnocchi, which you'll make completely from scratch.

Start by preparing crispy bruschetta topped with fresh vegetables. Then, you'll make three types of pasta: Spinach and ricotta gnudi, potato gnocchi and butternut squash gnocchi, all tossed with individual handmade sauces. You'll learn culinary methods on how to combine ingredients to make the dough, then roll, cut and cook each type of gnocchi. For dessert, Chef Andrea has prepared in advance an orange almond cake for you to enjoy.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andrea was very personable. We loved the stories of how he learned his father's recipes and passes them on to his clients. The gnocchi and sauce recipes will be used by all of us. They were delicious...as well as the appetizer, salad and cake. We loved everything.
