During this hands-on cooking class, Chef Nik will teach you the simplicity and ease of handcrafting two stunning seafood recipes and a New American dessert you'll make time and time again.

Begin by making BBQ bacon-wrapped jumbo prawns with sautГ©ed garlic greens for the perfect flavor balance. Then, learn how to cook sweet Maryland-style crab cakes that match smoothly with a basil tartar sauce and fennel apple slaw mixed with caraway dressing. And for the perfect sweet ending, you'll cook a moist strawberry cobbler topped with French vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
