Chef Nik will guide you in preparing authentic Spanish tapas during this fun cooking class. Get ready to explore several different tapas recipes using a fantastic combination of unique flavors.

You'll start with bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese, and garlic butter mushrooms topped with smoked paprika. Then, learn how to make a classic chorizo and potato tortilla espaГ±ola, empanadas filled with chorizo and cheese, and roasted vegetables with garlic aioli. For dessert, you'll whip up rice pudding with cinnamon and other secret ingredients you'll soon discover.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
