Cooking Class - Rustic Handmade Pastas and Sauces

What You’ll Do

Create a variety of pasta shapes and sauces from scratch in this culinary experience.

Discover the art of homemade pasta in this interactive cooking class with Chef Zack. Not only will you practice pasta-making techniques, you'll also create a trio of sauces and bake a decadent dessert.

You'll start by making a rich hazelnut cheesecake, and as that bakes, Chef Zack will teach you how to transform handmade pasta dough into pappardelle, orecchiette and fettuccine. While you work, enjoy a zesty olive and red pepper bruschetta. Lastly, you'll prepare marinara, pesto, and a cacio e pepe sauce to pair with your pastas before indulging in dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
