WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create your own homemade Asian Pacific dining classics completely from scratch.
Explore the savory spirit of Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ofri. You'll learn traditional techniques for preparing authentic dishes filled with fresh flavor from high-quality ingredients.
Begin your culinary experience by assembling fresh vegetable rolls with a creamy peanut sauce for dipping before cooking up pad Thai featuring noodles, plump shrimp and aromatic sauce. Then, build a refreshing green papaya salad with lime, fish sauce and fiery chilis, and whip up a dreamy mango sticky rice with coconut milk for a sweet dessert treat.

Ofri’s classes are fun, informative and delicious! I learned about the origins of food and felt more confident to try new recipes at home. It was a great time to share with my friends, too!
