What You’ll Do

Learn how to create a classic four-course steak dinner complete with all the fixings.

In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you will learn how to prepare a classic steak dinner that is both elegant, easy to make, and ends on a wonderfully sweet note.

You will begin by crafting a Caesar salad tossed in a homemade dressing. Chef Michael will then teach you how to properly cook your strip steak to perfection as well as how to brew a classic bГ©arnaise sauce to accompany your entrГ©e. Other skills you can look forward to mastering include how to roast seasonal vegetables and caramelize onions.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time with Chef Mike! We learned about cooking techniques while he made a delicious meal. Nothing was rushed and Mike was great company. As a first timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. After such a lovely evening, I’ll be sure to book Chef Mike again in the future!
