WHAT YOU’LL DO
The right ingredients can create a variety of sophisticated appetizers your guests will never forget.
In this hands–on cooking class, Chef Radka will teach you how to level-up appetizers. You'll learn techniques to create four different elevated and gourmet hors d’oeuvres completely from scratch.
Begin by slicing and preparing stone fruit with salty blue cheese, crunchy walnuts and butter, and crostini topped with earthy roasted tomatoes, basil and creamy homemade ricotta cheese. Next, you'll roast almonds, bake white beans and marinate olives for tapas-style dishes, and cook steak bites to perfection with bourbon, butter and fresh parsley.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
