What You’ll Do

Learn how to create paper-thin crГЄpes with multiple sweet and savory filling options.

Delicately form traditional crГЄpes completely from scratch in this hands-on French cooking class with Chef Stephanie, where you'll learn classic culinary techniques, use fresh ingredients and create 3 different types of crepe batter. A plain batter, a buckwheat batter and a chocolate crepe batter.

Begin by making the batter with eggs, milk and flour then create four completely different crГЄpes. Start savory with the flavors of dill and smoked salmon, and ham, creamy Swiss cheese and decadent bГ©chamel sauce. Then go sweet with orange liqueur-infused crГЄpes Suzette, and luscious strawberry and chocolate crГЄpes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stephanie was fantastic. My daughters and I had a wonderful time, while learning new cooking techniques. I immediately came home and personally was able to put my education to work, making crepes and new sauces. My husband has a salt allergy so I was able to apply her teaching to my limitations on salt at home. The crepes have been a huge success for dinners, lunch, & breakfast. I even smoked my own fresh salmon tonight for crepes.

Chef Stephanie's French Bread class was very educational, and we had such a good time. She was patient and very informative. I enjoyed the hands-on portion as well as the treats she had available for us. We will definitely take the skills she taught us and make our own breads at home. 10/10 experience! We plan to book another course with her in the future.

Loved the class! Chef Stephanie was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned lots of macaroon secrets that I’ll definitely be using in the future. She was also very flexible with our scheduling issue.
