What You’ll Do

Explore traditional Italian cooking and time-honored dishes with Chef Corey.

Chef Corey will show you how to make a pescatarian Italian dinner using classic ingredients and fresh flavors in this hands-on cooking class. He will also teach you cooking methods from Italy that you'll use time and time again.

First, adorn bread with tomatoes and basil for homemade bruschetta before roasting salmon with a side of creamy risotto studded with tomatoes and basil. Then, bread and fry eggplant and make homemade marinara sauce for a dish known as melanzane fritte. Finish by making panna cotta drizzled with a fresh mixed berry compote.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Corey is a culinary professional. He loves culinary because of the fast paced social art form. He loves providing beautiful dishes for his guests. He taught me some great knife skills on how to properly sharpen a knife which is a very crucial skill.
