Take a culinary journey through the Mediterranean in this interactive cooking class. Chef Alex will teach you all about the region’s most iconic ingredients and innovative ways of combining contrasting flavors.
Begin by prepping a classic Greek salad with tangy feta and red wine vinaigrette. You’ll also prepare a plate of perfectly cooked chicken skewers, creamy tzatziki and crunchy falafel, and learn proper hummus and flatbread-making techniques. For dessert, you’ll whip up an authentic Greek rice pudding infused with vanilla and cinnamon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He also volunteers with Denver Housing Authority by helping create their cooking program. With experience in various concept kitchens, his skill set is vast and varied. Add to this expertise a passion for helping others cook, and Chef Alex has the perfect recipe for delicious kitchen success!
