Discover how to roll the perfect sushi in this engaging cooking class for kids. Chef Vivian and Michi will reveal their best-kept secrets behind this favorite cuisine.
Begin by creating a miso soup for a flavorful appetizer. Next, prepare a dragon sushi roll with crunchy shrimp tempura, fresh cucumber and creamy avocado. Then, craft the California roll with rich crab, avocado and crispy cucumber. End your class by whipping up ice cream sandwiches with an assortment of flavors and toppings.
A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 7-17.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
