Begin by whipping up homemade hummus from scratch to enjoy with warm pita bread fresh out of the oven, crafted with garlic and a variety of herbs. For your main dish, prepare kebabs with ground lamb, parsley, onion, garlic and a touch of mint, before learning how to make a warm olive oil cake infused with blood orange zest and topped with pistachios for a heavenly dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
