Chef Sara is ready to show you how to create a traditional Italian spread in this hands-on pasta-making class. Learn time-honored techniques for preparing some of the best dishes from Old World cuisine.

Begin by baking a garlic loaf and tossing a salad topped with creamy homemade Caesar dressing. Then, prepare your own handmade fettuccine and top it with your choice of meaty Bolognese or vegetarian Alfredo sauce. And don't forget dessert, a creamy panna cotta brimming with vanilla beans and topped with a fresh fruit compote.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
