What You’ll Do

Explore a trio of ceviche from the coast of Ecuador with Chefs Luis and Sabrina.

In this interactive cooking class, you will discover the vibrant flavors of Ecuador with variations of one of the country’s most popular dishes. The chefs will guide you in preparing three versions of ceviche showcasing fresh seafood and produce.

Begin with a creamy jipijapa fish ceviche with peanut butter and avocado. Next, prepare a sweet and spicy salmon ceviche with mango, tabasco and lime. Then, round out your ceviche trio with shrimp, tomatoes and some familiar condiments. Finish the lesson with passion fruit-infused mousse with heavy cream and coconut.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
