What You’ll Do

Feel the coastal breeze as you craft modern takes on Mediterranean favorites.

You don't need to trip to Italy or Greece to experience the flavors of this engaging cooking class. Chef Tina will teach you all the secrets to aromatic Mediterranean cooking.

Begin the lesson with homemade hummus, pita chips and tangy grilled feta cheese. Next, Chef Tina will show you how to make lamb sliders stuffed with a salty olive tapenade, and how to roast fingerling potatoes with sharp lemon and aromatic oregano for your side. Finally, craft a dessert with roasted stone fruit and sweet honey ricotta.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tina was a delight to have! She was very accommodating to our party’s needs and so much fun to talk to. She has so many inspiring stories to tell it was so fun getting to know her. The food was phenomenal, every single bit!! 100% recommend.

Chef Tina (who is also an ND and PHD!) is an absolute gem. Her energy is warm, bubbly and soothing, making our hands-on cooking class so enjoyable. Tina put thought into the ingredients she selected, being mindful of our dietary needs and considering the produce that is in season. My husband and I learned so much and the food was delicious and abundant. Thank you for such a special evening, Tina! We’d be delighted to work with you again!
