WHAT YOU’LL DO

Put a savory gourmet spin on some classic domestic dishes with an elevated all-American menu.
American favorites take on a whole new character in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Darnell. He'll demonstrate his techniques for reinventing familiar tastes by adding intriguing new elements.

You'll begin by assembling an arugula salad topped with dried cranberries and toasted almonds, dressed with fresh blue cheese. Then, prepare a roasted chicken flavored with thyme and Dijon mustard, with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed broccolini on the side. And for a tempting twist on a beloved dessert, whip up a brownie and berry Napoléon with fresh strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
