The magic of JRR Tolkien's classic tale becomes a memorable meal in this exciting hands-on cooking class with Chef Denis. With his imagination in high gear, he'll help you create a spread certain to enchant a proper Hobbit. Start your culinary journey with Pippin's apples and cheese with candied walnuts before heading into Sam's trail stew, featuring ale-braised Cornish hen and root vegetables. You'll also create Ent Draft, a refreshing cucumber and citrus drink, and Lembas flatbread. Finish your adventure with strawberry cakes to honor Frodo and Gandalf.

What a super unique and personal experience! I booked this a birthday gift for my husband, and the both of us loved all 3 courses. Besides meal leftovers, we were given extra ingredients (sauce, dough, cheese, etc.) to keep and use for later - that was an unexpected but lovely surprise. Chef Denis was very accommodating and personable with plenty of stories to share. I would book again for other cuisines!
