Prepare a custom Mediterranean meal blending classic flavors and seasonings.
Explore bright and savory ingredients in this Mediterranean cooking class. Chef Kamal will guide you in learning classic Mediterranean dishes combined with modern culinary techniques.

Begin by preparing a fresh salad tossed with fresh ingredients and a cider vinaigrette. Next, learn how to create a mouth-watering herb-crusted rack of lamb immersed with red wine. Enjoy a creamy potato soufflé and grilled asparagus on the side. For dessert, master the art of a mascarpone cheesecake topped with a rum-infused caramel sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kamal made a fabulous 4-course meal for the six of us, including wine recommendations. Delicate beef and lox bruschetta, light and tart salad, amazing crispy-skin salmon main course, and delicious strawberry mascarpone cheesecake with fruit compote. He was charming, engaging, and attentive. We loved the whole experience!
