You'll start by learning how to make flavorful mini crab bites with a side of shaved fennel and watercress slaw. Next, you'll craft savory chorizo burger sliders topped with avocado and fire-roasted, pickled chilis. Finally, create a mouthwatering selection of party-ready pub sliders featuring short ribs, brisket or beef chuck. Round out the meal with a refreshing oven-roasted tomato and burrata plate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
