Chefs Luis and Sabrina will teach you all about classic ingredients and smart cooking techniques common in Ecuadorian kitchens as you craft an authentic menu featuring seafood, including preparing a traditional fish entrГ©e.

Start by making a refreshing shrimp ceviche infused with lime and cilantro. Then, learn how to perfectly cook corvina fish, which you'll pair with a creamy coconut salsa, and fry up green plantains sided by a savory peanut butter sauce. For dessert, Chefs Luis and Sabrina will teach you how to elevate cheesecake with the exotic flavor of passion fruit and lime.
