Join Chef Edgar for a culinary experience of color, flavors and finesse. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll explore Mediterranean cuisine as you sharpen your cooking skills to create a very high-end menu. Begin your inspired meal with a sea-inspired option, featuring tender harissa-marinated octopus. Rich, creamy burrata with spicy arugula bring the second course to the next level, before you dive into unforgettably savory butternut coconut prawns served with black lentils. Finish this exquisite meal on a high note with a decadent Opera Cake with fresh berries.
