WHAT YOU’LL DO
Enjoy a day filled with cooking and eating a variety of hearty, fresh pasta dishes.
Chef Kia uses her unique expertise to provide professional tips and techniques for making fresh pasta in this hands-on course. She will show you how to make four pastas, including spaghetti, penne, shells, and gnocchi. Then, you'll learn to pair the pastas with the best ingredients and spices for four incredible dishes.
Start by crafting a spaghetti al pomodoro, a staple dish that you'll be able to recreate in your own kitchen whenever you want. Then, make classic penne alla vodka tossed with shrimp and herbs before moving onto shell pastas doused in a hearty, homemade bolognese sauce. Lastly, learn the art behind crafting doughy ricotta gnocchi.

Chef Kia's pastry class was perfect for my 15-year-old and me. I'm not good in the kitchen so my daughter was able to get hands-on experience with what turned out to be an excellent recipe for us to create together.
