What You’ll Do

Discover foolproof recipes for three divine authentic Mediterranean dishes in this immersive course.

With the expert guidance of Chef Marc, you'll learn valuable culinary tips and techniques while also discovering some of the best traditional Greek dishes there are. You'll learn how to make a classic delicious tzatziki sauce, tiramisu with a tangy twist and so much more.

To start, Chef Marc will disclose a fun recipe for feta-stuffed fried zucchini balls that will make a perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer at any gathering. You'll also create a hearty seven-vegetable couscous dish complete with beef, chicken, lamb and tons of aromatic spices.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I took my mom as a Christmas gift and also brought my girlfriend along, and we all had a great time! Chef Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share his many experiences. The only thing that was better than the experience, was the food itself. The chicken cordon bleu and sauce was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. Highly recommend!
