What You’ll Do

Learn how to make simple pasta by hand and several other Italian-inspired dishes.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris, you'll learn techniques and tips for how to make fresh ravioli by hand. Complete the meal with a savory sauce, a crisp wedge salad and an authentic Italian panna cotta.

Assemble a wedge salad with homemade roasted croutons, before learning how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch. Next, shape your fresh dough into pockets of sumptuous ravioli with herb ricotta filling and Italian sausage in a hearty tomato-based sauce. For dessert, you'll whip up perfectly creamy Italian panna cotta topped with candied nuts.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
