A classic Italian meal gets the gourmet treatment in this exciting cooking class, courtesy of Chef Bryhiem. You'll explore special preparations that bring out the fabulous flavor in every recipe.
Your four-course lesson gets underway with a classic caprese salad with fresh basil and tender mozzarella. Create a creamy mushroom risotto as the star of the show and broccoli rabe flavored with the robust sweetness of caramelized onions. For dessert, enjoy a lesson in traditional Italian sweets while baking a batch of pignolis and marzipan cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great Experience. My girlfriend enjoyed the evening on her birthday. The food was amazing! I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Loved how he created a phenomenal atmosphere and meal with my little utensils. He was great, I would definitely do it again.
