Begin your lesson with a light and tasty fennel salad featuring prosciutto and figs. Then, create a flawless roasted chicken topped with zesty grain mustard sauce. Prepare a batch of caramelized, pan-roasted Brussels sprouts with shallots to serve on the side, and finally, whip up a blueberry galette for a delightful dessert.

Great Experience. My girlfriend enjoyed the evening on her birthday. The food was amazing! I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Loved how he created a phenomenal atmosphere and meal with my little utensils. He was great, I would definitely do it again.
