Cooking Class - Homemade Croissants

What You’ll Do

Discover how to make traditional croissants completely from scratch.

It's no secret that croissant-making is an intricate, delicate and complicated process, but with guidance from Chef Anna, you'll discover the secrets to making these treats, including the difference between dГ©trempГ© and beurrage, how to fold and laminate dough and much more.

Start the class by making classic croissant dough. Afterward, prepare a traditional, buttery croissant, followed by its emboldened counterpart, pain au chocolat. Next, whip up some cinnamon sugar-coated morning buns and then finish with croissants stuffed with seasonal fruits or savory fillings.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I love Anna's style of teaching! She shows you exactly what you need to do and then lets you practice. Perfect balance of hands-on teaching without micromanaging. And that girl can COOK!
