Julian came to our house as a present for my daughter's birthday. She and I like to cook, and Julian gave us a great class, and made some wonderful food. Fantastic experience.

This class was perfect!! Chef Julian really created a fun environment to learn and cook and not feel pressured at all if we didn’t know things. The menu was super tasty and making our own pasta for the first time was really cool. I highly recommend a class with Chef Julian any day of the week, super personable and easy going. 3 hours felt like 10 minutes honestly. 10/10!!
