Explore the flavors of the American South in this hands-on culinary experience.

This fun, interactive cooking class led by Chef Hollie will transport you to the French Quarter in New Orleans. With her help, you’ll create soulful, hearty dishes that will make your taste buds sing.

Begin by whipping up a batch of New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp, topped with butter, green onions and spices. Next, prepare pork chops smothered in holy trinity gravy and accompanied with scrumptious, roasted red potatoes. For dessert, cook up an authentic and delicious brioche bread pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Hollie made our Valentines Day absolutely wonderful! She was so light and easy throughout the entire experience, made it feel like we were cooking with a friend. We had an absolute blast, and the food was INCREDIBLE! Thai Curry Bowls with Shrimp Wontons was so cool to make for the first time. Highly recommend and will be using again!
