What You’ll Do

Learn the basics of homemade pasta and Italian classics with Chef Madi.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Madi will show you how to prepare an Italian-inspired feast featuring three popular dishes from this beloved cuisine. You will learn the ins and outs of Italian food basics, including making fresh pasta and baking a traditional dessert.

Begin with a classic appetizer, bruschetta, featuring bright tomatoes, tangy balsamic vinegar and fresh basil on crunchy Italian bread. For the main course, make homemade fettuccine pasta, a creamy roasted garlic Alfredo sauce and juicy, blackened chicken for a hearty entrée. Finish your meal with tiramisu, made with rich coffee and spongy ladyfingers.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved our private Italian cooking class with Madi! She walked us through all the steps of the recipes seamlessly and taught us new techniques that only a professional chef would know. All of the dishes were delicious and we loved that she included some of her seasonings that she makes personally herself. She was very professional and prepared - bringing all the ingredients and equipment with her and cleaning everything up afterwards as well! It was a pleasure learning from her and we hope to do another cooking class with her soon!
