Roll out and hand cut tender pappardelle pasta noodles and prepare two sauces — a hearty tomato sausage ragu and a fresh vegetable ragu. For dessert, you'll learn how to whip up classic zabaglione served over poached pears.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
