In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Elon guides you through a whimsical play on Korean favorites with a touch of southern comfort. Learn how to create a unique selection of Korean small plates, called banchan, that fuse southern flavors and ingredients with timeless Korean techniques.

Collard greens meet kimchi in savory Korean pancakes, followed by kimbap sushi made with pickled vegetable chow chow and a slow southern flare. Honey and pecan-filled hotteok cakes complete this menu with a bourbon glaze that's as sticky as a southern summer night.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Elon was an amazing host! Very inviting, informative and warm to work with. We are foodies and love the being in the kitchen, and the knowledge of foods and kitchen techniques we walked away with at the end of the evening were invaluable. Such a great experience.
