The robust heritage of Mexico's street food culture comes alive in Chef Melrine's hands-on cooking class. Discover an authentic menu filled with hearty selections that are sure to become your go-to dishes.
Begin by preparing roasted street corn dressed with savory toppings and prepare guacamole with handmade tortilla chips. Create your own homemade tortillas and turn them into tacos filled with tender pork and topped with cilantro and cheese. You'll also cook up charro-style beans flavored with jalapeno, a pickled salad featuring garden vegetables and classic churros for dessert.
