Cook a traditional Indian meal under the guidance of Chef Anibal.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare classic Indian flavors with Chef Anibal, including how to make delectable and authentic recipes using high-quality ingredients and professional cooking techniques.
Start the class by cooking traditional vegetable pakoras to enjoy before preparing samosas with homemade yogurt raita and a tamarind reduction. Then, Chef Anibal will teach you how to make chicken tikka masala accompanied by paratha, a dense and buttery bread, and basmati rice. For dessert, handcraft sweet Indian fritters known as malpua.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Anibal, a Cordon Bleu alumni, began his career in the food industry over 20 years ago. His experience includes working as an executive chef, restaurant business consultant, chef instructor and operating his own restaurants and catering business. He’s from Panama, but he cooks cuisines from all over the world. Specializing in international fare, Chef Anibal has mastered pizza making, Indian cuisine, Peruvian ceviche, paella, ravioli, dumplings and more.
