Chef Anibal, a Cordon Bleu alumni, began his career in the food industry over 20 years ago. His experience includes working as an executive chef, restaurant business consultant, chef instructor and operating his own restaurants and catering business. He’s from Panama, but he cooks cuisines from all over the world. Specializing in international fare, Chef Anibal has mastered pizza making, Indian cuisine, Peruvian ceviche, paella, ravioli, dumplings and more.

I took the pizza-making course with Anibal and it was great. Now I'm able to prepare in my kitchen pizzas that are as good as any restaurant made pizza. I fully recommend his pizza course.
