Enjoy the luxury of a sumptuous yet healthy Riviera feast in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Christopher. It's a four-course spread that celebrates the goodness of the earth and the ocean with flavor to spare.

Begin with a caprese salad featuring wild field greens and a balsamic reduction. Then, pan roast salmon robed in white wine beurre blanc, served with steamed asparagus. Next, prepare cremini mushrooms filled with spinach and gruyere, and turn up the sweetness with a classic dessert of zabaglione scented with Champagne.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Where to start with such a talented chef, Chris is a very friendly and knowledgeable person who I’ve had the privilege of meeting and cooking with his passion for culinary arts is only outmatched by his easygoing personality and nature. He has incredible patients for teaching and helping others when asked or needed, I would definitely recommend him for all cooking endeavors.
