In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Mo will teach you how to prepare four elegant yet simple dishes like a professional. This class is perfect for beginners, as you’ll leave with new recipes, better knife skills and basic techniques to conquer your kitchen at home.

First, learn how to create an impressive crowd-pleaser, mini crab cakes, from scratch as well as how to craft a traditional wedge salad. Then, you'll learn the secrets to perfectly prepared steak and shrimp, and end with homemade ice cream sundaes for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
