Cooking Class - Puerto Rican Classics

What You’ll Do

You'll fall in love with the rich flavors and textures of this authentic Latin meal.

Learn how to handcraft traditional Puerto Rican recipes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Judith. These dishes are a tribute to her native culture, filled with wholesome, flavorful ingredients that represent the cuisine of her heritage.

You'll create a batch of tostones loaded with ground beef, and arroz con gandules with pollo guisado, a traditional chicken stew served with rice and peas. Then, experience the sweetness of the islands with a coquito, a dessert beverage made with three kinds of milk and spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Absolutely loved out experience with Judith - simple, delicious food I felt like I could easily cook at home on a weeknight. She’s friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely take another class with her on any cuisine.
