Each recipe you'll learn in this Italian cooking class with Chef Mary is packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients that are free of meat — perfect for preparing a traditional menu straight from Italy.

Begin by making crunchy egg fritters, then toss together a kale salad loaded with pine nuts, grated Parmesan and peppers. Then, Chef Mary will teach you how to make homemade linguini pasta with fresh tomato sauce for your entrГ©e. For dessert, enjoy a twist on the classic olive oil cake with chocolate, cherries and almonds.

Chef Mary was very gracious and inclusive. She made the meal prep and cooking entertaining as well as informative. She was able to accommodate my husband's gluten-sensitivity and even sent us home with treats for the kids!
