The collection of Japanese dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Christmas blends the best of old and new. Explore an array of time-honored favorites and a few modern creations.
Begin with your choice of appetizer: chilled tofu with plum sauce, Japanese meatballs or baked oysters. Then, mix a salad with carrot-ginger dressing before preparing your choice of green tea beef yakitori, seafood stir fry or vegetable sushi donuts for your entrée. End on a sweet note with a castella cake and fresh berries.
