Cooking Class - Creole Cuisine From the Bayou

Chef Michelle was great and the food was excellent!

Chefs were wonderful the food was delicious and the class was fun and instructive

Chef Michelle is the best! Chef Christmas who also assisted in the class was a big help as well. They made the class a comfortable experience with feelings as if we’ve known each other for years. Being a beginner, I learned a lot and really would love to try more dishes under her/their knowledge and tutelage.

we took the creole cuisine class and had so much fun . the food was delicious and chef michelle , the music , and vibe was great . 10/10 definitely recommend . would book again

We had such an amazing time and learned so much!!!

Lauren and I truly enjoyed our experience cooking with Chef Michelle. We both learned some new techniques and Chef Michelle used some ingredients I hadn’t used before when making these dishes. Chef Michelle had the right amount of hands on instruction and then left us to do the reset of the prep for each of the courses. The dinner was very nice. Chef Michelle brought out each course at the appropriate time and then left us to eat in private. It was a very good night and wonderful experience and I highly recommend Chef Michelle. Thank you so much Chef Michelle
