Explore a meal filled with flavor and texture as you prepare five authentic Spanish dishes.
There's an abundance of traditional Spanish cuisine to be discovered in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ivan. It's a menu filled with classic recipes carefully selected for maximum enjoyment.
First, you'll create a selection of tapas, including croquetas de bacalao, pan con tomate and papas bravas. Then, Chef Ivan will show you how to prepare a Valencian version of paella featuring a variety of seafood, chicken and sausage, and a silky crema Catalana for dessert flavored with warm cinnamon spice and the zing of orange and lemon.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Tapas: Croquetas de Bacalao, Pan con Tomate and Papas Bravas

Paella a la Valenciana

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
