WHAT YOU’LL DO

A traditional Italian menu goes gourmet with Chef Christophe's inventive take on classic dishes.
Explore new twists on the rich heritage of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Christophe. You'll use fresh ingredients and a bit of imagination to prepare classics with gourmet flair.

Begin with Italian wedding soup with homemade meatballs, vegetables and chicken broth. Then, create a spin on pinwheels using puff pastry, soppressata and pecorino, and fig and prosciutto arancini with gorgonzola cheese for your entrée. For dessert, whip up a gluten-free white chocolate panna cotta topped with strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
