Prepare Mediterranean and Spanish recipes from scratch with Chef Vivian and Michi as your guides.
In this Mediterranean-Spanish fusion cooking class, you'll prepare four authentic dishes completely from scratch, incorporating the flavors of the region from garlic to lemon to olive oil.
First, you'll prepare a garlic shrimp dish called gambas al pil pil as well as Mediterranean-style chicken with roasted vegetables and parsley. Chef Vivian and Michi will also teach you how to prepare classic paella peppered with fresh vegetables. End this Mediterranean-Spanish culinary journey by making a creamy, coffee-spiked tiramisu to enjoy for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
