Learn how to prepare a lavish Japanese meal featuring favorites from land and sea.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vivian and Michi, you'll use high-quality authentic Japanese ingredients and traditional French cooking techniques to handcraft a lavish meal featuring three courses.

Chef Vivian and Michi will teach you smart knife skills to prepare a radish and cucumber salad with edible flowers and gold leaf and traditional seafood sunomono starring shrimp, scallops, masago, ikura and white truffle oil. The star of the show is a decadent sushi roll featuring lobster and wagyu beef worthy of any Michelin star restaurant.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had an amazing time! Had a work event. Chef Vivian and Michi were amazing and very inviting! The food we made was ridiculously delicious!!!! Thank you for the food tips and teaching me the correct way to do things! Especially when it comes to sushi!!! Gracias!!! Fue un placer!!!!
